I enjoyed my week-long stay. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient and I really enjoyed the Wednesday night social hour. The breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have different main dish selections throughout the week.

My wife drove an hour and a half one way to go to a two day conference. When she got to her room, she immediately undressed the bed, and lo and behold, there was an adult bedbug right in the middle of the mattress. When confronted they offered to move her floors. It wasn't until she called me saying she didn't feel like she wanted to stay that I picked up the phone. After asking for the manager on duty, I was told "We have no manager on duty right now." It took me demanding that she be reimbursed for the room she would no longer be staying at. I was told "We are super busy right now, we are trying to keep up with everything." It wasn't until I asked if bedbugs were a normal thing here, that he offered to refund the room right then. Hiltons are usually safe, even the economic ones. Not this one. Never again.

This property is undergoing BADLY needed renovations. Troubling is that they are selling rooms that are in renovation. On arrival, our reservation confirmed direct with the hotel, was not honored. Despite showing our confirmation number, the name of the staffer who took our reservation, we were told that no adjoining rooms were available. We were given room 407 after a conversation with the night host, who was the only positive this property had. Our room was recently painted but 20 year old rotted, gold curtains are still used for window coverings. There was absolutely no wall art. Dirty floors in the bathroom. Old and yellowed shower curtain. Kitchen was dirty. Sink was not cleaned. Paper towels were missing. We did not dare use any kitchen utensils. The bottom drawer of the living room credenza fell out on my foot because it was not attached to the draw works. The bottom line is this property is selling rooms that should be out of service. In Tulsa OK, you should expect better from Hilton.

2 shitty experience’s here. First one a few years ago my truck got broken into and they stole 3 fire arms. This time I parked up front right under the lights and they did not break in but when I got to the room it was 82 degrees inside. Went to dinner and came back it was up to 93? Contact the front desk and they moved me to another room as maintenance was not available. That room looked as if it was stripped of amenities and the shower gave me issues. Most likely will just pick a different Hilton property next time.

Don’t come here. Especially if you have small children. Our room had a layer of dust on it. Paint chips all over the floor. I went to the front desk and calmly asked to be moved to another room. The front desk girl told me that there was nothing she could do for me. The pictures that I’m sharing are of the room that was right next-door to our room, open cans of paint, paint thinner, caulk the door wasn’t locked, totally accessible from the hallway by anybody God forbid someone’s small child wanders in there. I can’t understand how this is safe for occupants.
