Friendly service and good location, but we had several family members in town for a funeral and there was no hot water whatsoever and we were told they don’t have a breakfast buffet on Mondays. Did not see that anywhere at time of booking. The hot water issue seems to be recurrent based on past reviews. Won’t be staying here again and certainly won’t recommend.

Good luck sleeping if one of your neighbors is showering or is running their shower for 30+ minutes because there is a lack of hot water. You can hear everything and it’s extremely unpleasant, woke up the entire family at 5am. A Hilton in the U.S not having hot water is ridiculous.

Our experience at this hotel was honestly underwhelming. While we usually enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inn, this visit fell short. The room didn’t have any décor or features that stood out, making it feel no different than a very basic hotel room. The breakfast was also a disappointment. It’s advertised as a $15 hot breakfast buffet, but without any meats or proteins included, it really doesn’t meet the standard of a buffet. If you want protein, it’s an additional $4 charge. We understood the pricing, and as Hilton Honors Gold Members, we expected our food and beverage credit to help—but the service made things worse. It took from 9:19 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. just to receive two sunny-side-up eggs. When they finally arrived, they were cold and completely undercooked—essentially raw. At that point, we knew this would be our last stay here. Overall, this visit was a lesson learned. If you’re looking for a consistently better experience, this is not the place!

Nice hotel clean rooms and nice staff, but it takes about 30 minutes for the shower to get warm enough to get in. I don't even know if the sink gets hot water because I don't run it long enough to find out. This has been an issue I've told them about for over a year and apparently they don't care enough to fix it. It's also pretty pricey compared to other hotels that do include breakfast. Wow just found out they also don't have coffee for guests past 1030 am. That is insane for a hotel. Edit: since I can't reply to the owners response I'll edit my review. Is your reply a joke? I understand I can pay for breakfast but not providing coffee or other hot water is insane. And you didn't even address my comment about the lack of hot water. How can you expect people to stay at this hotel and it doesn't have hot water? That's probably why you don't offer coffee all day because you don't have the hot water to make it. I will definitely book elsewhere for my future travel.
