We ate at this in house restaurant not a single customer but my husband and I, it took an hour to get our food he ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and a side salad, I ordered the veggie Alfredo primavera with steak and a side salad. Our total was 115.00 which wouldn't be bad but the entire time we were waiting the kitchen staff were being heard saying the Alfredo sauce and pasta were in the microwave seriously microwave pasta for twenty plus dollars the two side salads were 15.00 each and we shared a small cup of dressing. We are hilton honors members and have been for years and the food at this place was absolutely disgusting!!! Do better hilton do better!!!

The hotel itself was clean and well built, and overall the service was decent. Nothing about the property felt run down, and the stay started off fine.
Breakfast, however, was underwhelming. There weren’t many options—nothing terrible, but definitely nothing special. Honestly, you’d probably get better value and a better meal eating at a nearby restaurant. The breakfast service also felt disorganized. Between the chef making omelets and the separate order menu, the whole process felt confusing. Communication was also a bit challenging at times due to broken English, which didn’t help the flow of service.
The real downfall of this stay, though, was the shower. There was no hot water. When I mentioned it to the front desk, their response was simply that I should have called to report the issue. That’s a pretty unrealistic expectation—how exactly are you supposed to call the front desk when you’re already naked in the shower? The result: a cold shower, in a first-world country, in 2026.
Overall, the hotel is fine if you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep, but between the weak breakfast experience and the hot water issue, this stay fell short of what I’d expect from a Hilton brand property.

Drove down from MN to visit family. We ended up booking this hotel very last minute due to the original hotel we had booked beiny a complete DUMP. I really wish we would've booked here to begin with because from the minute we checked in until we checked out we had great service from the front desk, the bar, to housekeeping. We requested a 1st floor room due to having our dog with and wanting to be able to take her out with ease and they only had a handicap room available. It worked out perfectly for us. The room was spacious, clean, and most importantly comfortable. There was a slight issue with water spraying outside of the shower and getting the floor wet but we managed just fine by using an extra towel when showering as to not slip when getting out. We will definitely book here again when we visit again in the future.

Friendly service and good location, but we had several family members in town for a funeral and there was no hot water whatsoever and we were told they don’t have a breakfast buffet on Mondays. Did not see that anywhere at time of booking. The hot water issue seems to be recurrent based on past reviews. Won’t be staying here again and certainly won’t recommend.
