They were very sweet and understanding! Valerie checked and us in and and was super helpful. They place was very clean and the lobby smelled amazing. Our room was comfy with a soft bed and lots of pillows. I booked the whirlpool room and the tub was perfect! They had light breakfast options and I had the eggs,sausage and toast and it was all tasty.

- NKN KNov 23, 20255.0Both the common areas & my room were very clean & the HVAC worked well. Be aware there is no elevator, although the stairs to the second floor are short & easily accessible. There are also guest rooms on the first/ground floor if mobility &/or accessibility is something you need. Valerie (front desk staff), the General Manager, & Katy (his wife) were all very professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. As I was traveling solo via motorcycle, I put in a specific room request & they happily accommodated it! I will definitely stay here again if/when future travel takes me to the Broken Arrow area.

The shower handle pulled away from the wall on our first night but we told the management and they fixed it as soon as possible. Breakfast had good variety and coffee was always available, which is a big plus for us. The location is very close to lots of commerce and restaurants, making it convenient. Very very pleasant staff - everyone we met was cheerful and helpful.
