  I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the very beginning, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The service was excellent, the staff was polite and attentive, and the overall quality truly exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the commitment to customer satisfaction. Everything was well-organized, clean, and managed perfectly. I felt valued as a customer, and that makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and outstanding service. I will definitely come back again and share this experience with others. Truly a five-star experience!

  My husband and I work for the Oklahoma State Athletic commission inspecting at fights across the states. We have stayed at multiple hotels and not had the trouble we had here. The rooms weren’t terrible, but we had two queen beds and they both made a very strange metallic popping sound when you sat on them. My biggest complaint is how they handled our business. I emailed and called so many times the lady at the front desk knew who I was when I called. They were supposed to put the charges on the OSAC card but I was never actually able to speak to the manager on the phone even when she was on the property. Once a month went by without refunding our charges and putting it on the right card (they claimed it was denied but my supervisor assured me it shouldn’t be as they charged at least two other rooms to it for that event) I finally requested the just the taxes be taken off since I was able to be reimbursed for the room through the state, not the hotel. I was assured more than once they were taking care of it and they didn’t. If you stay here, please be aware of what they are charging you and make sure it’s right before you leave.

  We had a horrible experience during our stay at this hotel. We were trapped in the elevator 3 times and after several attempts to call the doors finally opened after about 10 minutes. The tv speaker was blown and couldn't hear the audio. Then someone thought it would be a good idea to vacuum the hallway in front of our room at 7:30 on Sunday morning. I called the front desk and gave them my opinion of the early AM vacuuming and was asked if I like a clean hotel so I suggested they clean the windows and vacuum later. It was not a pleasant conversation. There was only 1 working ice machine and the thermostat for the AC is in the front entryway nowhere near the AC unit against the opposite wall it was impossible to keep a consistent temperature. Our granddaughter lives in Blackwell so we visit often. From now on we will stay across the street.

  ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS: This is a CLC friendly establishment and definitely well worth the cost! Very clean room, great views from the 4th floor, bed was super clean and comfy! The breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast 😋 👌. Two elevators that are clean and run just fine, plenty of truck parking around hotel. Staff was very kind and respectful, I have zero complaints whatsoever 😁👍.
