  The hotel doesnt even have basic thermostats that work. Im pretty sure the econolodge down the street is probably more comfortable to stay in

  With a large group - Room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was great, staff was great, accommodated our large gathering in the dining area. Needs some upkeep - Couldn't get in the back parking lot doors. Several rooms a/c wasn't working. Pool was cold.

  I booked a handicap accessible room online using reward points for my parents, specifically for my mother, who is wheelchair-bound and dependent on oxygen. I can provide proof that an accessible room was in fact made. I also called ahead to confirm there was a handicap room and add my dad to the reservation to ensure smooth check in. The lady who answered was unprofessional and clearly wanted to get off the phone as fast as possible. She did not take my name, my confirmation # and wasn’t going to take my dads name until I questioned. She said he just needed to give my name upon check in, I didn’t need to add him. She also confirmed a handicap room was available. When my parents arrived they were denied the accessible room we had reserved. Assuming it was the same woman working the front desk, my dad reported that she was not only unhelpful but openly dismissive of mother’s needs. Accessibility is not optional. It’s a necessity. The way this was handled felt discriminatory toward disabled individuals and a violation with the ADA. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who requires accessible accommodations.

  Called and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Thought me and the crew had left on the correct morning. Didn't check out usually dont need too whenever reservation expires. Called at noon to get receipts for all 3 rooms emailed and explained to her that I forgot to check out and grab them. Never received any receipts and called back around 2 asking what the deal was and just realized they were booked a 3rd night. Tried to cancel immediately and was told 2pm is too late to cancel and I couldn't talk to anyone important until tomorrow (lessening my chances of a refund). I'll delete this review upon a refund on all 3 rooms for the 1 night my crew was not present but i wont hold my breath. The receptionist was very unprofessional and kept acting like i was being rude and yelling. She also seems to like to park her car up front in the way day after day instead of a parking spot. I never put a do not disturb on my room 426 and it was cleaned and bed made every day I was there so im unsure of why this was missed by multiple people and I called before noon in the first place to get receipts and verify my checkout and would like a refund please. Its rediculous this wasn't made known to me about a 3rd day booked at whenever I called fpr receipts the first time and ridiculous the housekeepers couldn't catch it with nothing in the rooms.

  The room was clean. The young lady Megan/Meghan at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly and very personable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!
