Newer facility, very well maintained with good parking. Staff were invariably friendly and competent. The buffet breakfast was a bit limited, but the food quality was quite acceptable. Overall, a very nice place to spend an evening if you are in the area.
Great location, not a lot of parking. Lots of good food options within walking distance. Check in was super fast and she was very friendly. Was a little disappointed with the fact the curtains didn't close all the way and let a lot of light in with a pole light directly outside the window, the liner curtains were disintegrating. The bathroom had some rust going on and needed some minor maintenance. The beds were comfy, but for being a Hilton, I expected a little better.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bartlesville and left with mixed feelings. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, they were definitely the highlight of the experience.
However, for $204 a night, I expected more. The rooms were okay and clean, but nothing special or memorable for that price point. What really stood out was the lack of included amenities. Having to pay extra for reliable/high-speed WiFi and breakfast felt excessive considering the nightly rate. On top of that, the hot tub was broken during my stay, which was disappointing since that was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using.
Overall, while the customer service was great, the value just wasn’t there for what I paid. It simply felt like the experience didn’t match the price.

My experience at this hotel was awful. I arrived around 10 PM after two flights to reach Oklahoma, completely exhausted. Despite having a valid reservation, we were not allowed to check in because they required the incidental deposit to be paid with a physical card. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our physical card in Kentucky, as we usually rely on digital cards through Apple Pay—something very common nowadays—and no one informed us in advance that a physical card was mandatory.
We tried every possible solution: paying in cash, using a digital card, and even offering to provide all card details, but all were rejected. The staff showed no flexibility or empathy and simply told us to go find another place to stay. After a long struggle, we contacted the company that made the reservation, and they eventually provided their physical card to cover the deposit. This entire situation could have been handled much more humanely.
Once we finally entered the room, the problems continued. One of the towels was clearly not clean and had visible stains. We found a pill in the room that did not belong to us, which is extremely concerning. The tissues ran out after minimal use. Worst of all, there was constant loud noise from the external AC unit. I woke up multiple times during the night, startled by the sound, and there was no way to shut it off.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. The lack of cleanliness, empathy, and basic comfort made this stay very unpleasant. Less than one star.

I was booked at this hotel in error by the booking service . I don't even know where Bartesville is. After recieving my confirmation I saw the error and called to cancel and book the correct hotel. This hotel has refused to give me a REFUND. I paid $177.00 and had the reservation for 5 minutes. BEWARE when booking anything from a booking respresentives who can't speak English and a Hotel who will not help.
