We've stayed here many times through the years , the last two visits were three months apart and we were sadly disappointed at the quality of the beds very hard, feel quite cheap as they make noise on simple entering and exiting .The pillows when we stayed in November had an odor and were extremely used & lumpy. On both of the double beds and then again this month the same with the beds and pillows. The towels need updated as they are very well used. On the cleaning end, the top of the fixed lotion in the bathroom( pump top) was extremely dirty with a brown substance clearly noticeable that should have been handled . We've enjoyed our stays but will be looking elsewhere as the management clearly needs to put some effort into maintaining this hotel.

The manager did reach out to me afterwards about taking steps to make sure the breakfast bar is restocked for guests who leave later on twards the ending time. If it is not stocked, I guess hit up the attendant and they will make an effort to get u what they have? Also maybe they just had an off day but it didnt look like much variety? Take it for what it is, but if u are not a morning person u might regret not just sleeping through the breakfast instead of bothering to go look. I guess people who don't travel all the time may not have any idea what a real Hampton Inn breakfast looks like.
