  My family came here over the weekend for a baseball tournament. Our team had a block of rooms and paid $200 per night. For that price this hotel does not deliver. All the front desk employees are very friendly and helpful and the lobby gathering areas are really nice and great for big groups staying here. Some major drawbacks are no breakfast which is normally a given with Holiday Inns. We stayed for 2 nights and never had anyone clean our room. They dropped towels off and that’s it. No trash taken out, no beds made, etc. The AC in the room was very loud. There rooms are fine but definitely need some updating as far as technology goes. There are no USB ports except for one in a tiny alarm clock. The TV is not a smart TV so only traditional channels. I want to make it clear that if we had paid something more like $120-130 per night I wouldn’t have as many complaints but at $200 a night I think the amenities should align.

  Don't try to call to call the hotel... press 0 like it says and it puts you right back to where you were. Press 5 for the General Manager and you get directions to the hotel. Even the name of the restaurant is wrong in the phone menu.

  Very nice place! There is a restaurant onsite, a snack bar, lobby is spectacular. Front desk people are outstanding.

  Dorthy and Jeremiah were very welcoming and nice to talk to they made the stay even better for me the hotel is very nice and cozy I felt like I didnt wanna leave I had been driving so long overall would stay there agian if in the OKC area
