- MCMichelle Chance4 days ago2.0My husband and I specifically chose this hotel because we wanted a restaurant in the hotel as advertised but the menu only had burgers, chicken tenders, and wings. This was very disappointing and the bar taps were all out, only bottles and cans. The hot tub and pool were closed for a maintenance reason. Then to top it all off we had no hot water to take a shower. A maintenance worker came to the room and flushed the toilet about 5 times We got lukewarm water after 30 minutes of the shower running. The coffee in the lobby looked more like hot water in both urns. When staying at a hotel and paying 130 plus, one would expect a much better experience or explanation than, "I will pass it on to management".

After trying to fix the issue the staff just dismissed me telling me I was wrong. The bedding itself was extremely low quality. It was the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. This place needs a lot of work.

It ended up costing us twice as much as the sleep inn in Park city, Kansas, which we love. But they did us good here. It was so comfortable at the end of a rough day. And we would stay here again. (the only other hotel in town that has good reviews was motel six. I wasn’t quite sure about a $40 hotel though.)
