I went to the room and the bed was unmade, room not cleaned. I went back to the desk and they gave me a different room. The desk clerk was nice. The room was cleaned? Just a little shabby. The shower curtain smelled sour and had yellow stains and the bottom like it had not been washed in a long while. The safety lock on the door was also broken. AC thermostat on the wall didn't work, but I did get it working on the unit. Probably will not be staying at this location in the future unless the owner renovated and updates.

We booked our rooms well in advance and received confirmation, only to be told just hours before arrival that there were “no rooms available” because they had “messed up.” Completely unacceptable — we were left scrambling for last-minute accommodations with zero help from the hotel. A confirmed booking should mean something, but apparently not here. Poor management and even worse communication. Would not recommend.
