  Ok so it is a standard Holiday Inn. The only issues were parking, a very cold pool, and breakfast that was very disappointing. As we arrived the greeter was nice. The hotel was a little dirty. The room or suite we got was very unique but limited. Even with all the lights on the room was dark. It was very dusty. For breakfast we were excited. There was so many out of order items. No orange juice, No apple juice, No gravy, turkey sausage patties, biscuits stale, pancakes were not fully cooked. But its ok, we still love Holiday Inn. Maybe nextime.

  As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and property maintenance that was unfortunately missing here. I’m leaving three stars only because the room was clean and the breakfast was mostly fine, despite the burnt sausage. However, the rest of the experience was far below brand expectations. The most concerning issue was the parking lot. We had winter weather over the weekend, yet by Tuesday, the lot was still completely untouched and untreated. This is a major safety hazard and is unacceptable for a professional establishment. The service was equally lacking. The front desk was frequently empty, requiring me to ring a bell just to get a response. I wasn't offered my choice of welcome amenities; points were just pushed through without the option of a snack or beverage. The hotel itself is very outdated, with patchwork on the ceilings from leaks and old fixtures throughout. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in congregating at the front desk to gossip than assisting guests, and the employee handling my checkout stayed on her phone until I was right in front of her. This property needs major cosmetic updates and a serious overhaul in staff training. It is currently a poor reflection of the IHG brand.

  This location does not hold to the standards I'm used to from IHG. Stayed here for work...I arrived, checked in and got the room key. I went to the room and the bed was unmade, room not cleaned. I went back to the desk and they gave me a different room. The desk clerk was nice. The room was cleaned? Just a little shabby. The shower curtain smelled sour and had yellow stains and the bottom like it had not been washed in a long while. The safety lock on the door was also broken. AC thermostat on the wall didn't work, but I did get it working on the unit. Probably will not be staying at this location in the future unless the owner renovated and updates.
