  Macey and Diego were absolute professionals handling situations at the front desk, they made me feel so welcomed. Truck parking is excellent too!

  The rooms were clean, although well worn. Several tiles in the bathroom were loose or cracked, and there was wall damage that hadn’t been properly repaired. But it’s clear. The staff makes an effort to keep the rooms in the beds clean

  We stayed here two nights in room 307. The website does not match there room count. We booked a King & they only had double beds available. Woman at the desk said they were completely full & their website is not accurate. The Website shows they had 10 king bed rooms available. If you prefer a certain room call in advance. The front day staff were nice but the lady who worked at night when we checked in wasn’t very nice. She never asked for ID at check in & just gave my husband the key. I know they ask for ID and to verify the cc at other hotels. A little sketchy if you ask me. I always check the bed for bed bugs & do a wipe down of the whole room. Both beds/pillows seemed to be clean & no weird stains on them. The bathroom title was shifty & had cracks. Not that big a deal. There were stains on the curtains from a bad leak of some sort. Looked ugly but it worked. There was mud on the suitcase stand/luggage rack. The only reason I noticed it was it was in the middle & I felt the crusty part under my hand. I hope it was mud!! So that means they don’t wipe it down after every use. Unfortunately we were right next to the elevator & it woke us up a few times with the noise. Overall it was quite in the room besides the elevator noise. One thing that was disappointing was there was no hot water. It would run warm but after a minute of showering it went freezing cold. The warm water never came back for my husband’s shower or the next days showers. The WiFi never worked which sucked but wasn’t that big an issue. I read mostly but my husband had a hard time getting videos to load while inside the hotel. Breakfast was very nice & everything looked good. No issues with staff & with we enjoyed breakfast both mornings. Overall it wasn’t horrible & I would stay again. I would make sure I got a different room & not close to the elevator.

  From the moment we got into the room we had a horrible experience. The first room one of the beds was broken they had to take pictures before they moved us the 2nd room we got the bathroom tiles were broken and loose .we were exhausted by then so just stayed in 2nd room.then the next morning there was a carbon monoxide leak in building and no one told us to leave another guest came and knocked on our doors and told us to get out. So I got my 2 babies and left to my car. The hotel didn’t even notify me that there was a leak of carbon monoxide. I went back later that day and the hotel staff said it was clear the smoke was from a faulty alarm. So I had no choice but to go back to hotel due to no other hotel availablity since I’m from out of town. Very upset with this trip don’t recommend
