  From the moment we got into the room we had a horrible experience. The first room one of the beds was broken they had to take pictures before they moved us the 2nd room we got the bathroom tiles were broken and loose .we were exhausted by then so just stayed in 2nd room.then the next morning there was a carbon monoxide leak in building and no one told us to leave another guest came and knocked on our doors and told us to get out. So I got my 2 babies and left to my car. The hotel didn’t even notify me that there was a leak of carbon monoxide. I went back later that day and the hotel staff said it was clear the smoke was from a faulty alarm. So I had no choice but to go back to hotel due to no other hotel availablity since I’m from out of town. Very upset with this trip don’t recommend

  This place is a dump! I will never stay here again! Broken tile in bathroom, outdated, elevator doesn’t work properly, no toilet paper in bathroom outside pool, etc. Charges way too much for what you get!

  Christina at the front desk is super sweet and as helpful as can be. No hot water for a shower. Door to the fitness center was malfunctioning. For some reason there is a bench in the fitness center, but no weights to use with it. Couldn’t get the door to the pool to open. My door keys keep losing the programming I guess because they will work once and then stop working. I will be traveling through here a lot but this will be the last stay for me. Good luck to anyone else that stays, seems to be a popular hotel so had high hopes but super disappointed.

  Had to travel to Altus for a family emergency. I booked a room on the app en route. The man at the desk said that shouldn't have e happened because they had no rooms. The disconnect between the app and the hotels is crap. Went to Hampton Inn instead.

  We spent one night in a King suite and it was a good stay. The young man at the front desk who checked us in was friendly and professional. The hallway on the 4th floor outside our room smelled amazing! Our room was clean. The furnishings were a little worn, but functional. The iron and the hair dryer were both really nice. Breakfast was good, not great. We would stay here again.
