- PLPaige LeoOct 1, 20251.0Our hotel room was supposed to be fully covered by my work company, however it was absolutely horrible!! We stayed for three days and let me tell you, it was something. First off, there was actual mold on the sheets, there were bugs in the bathroom and the service was horrible, there was also mold in the bins. They entered our room without permission, touched our things and moved them around. They also illegally charged us 250$ for our two dogs, which we signed a contract stating how many we had, what kind they were etc. They are also service dogs. They stated that they charged us because they had to clean up the 'mess' our dogs left behind. One of them doesn't even shed while the other has an extremely thin coat. No mess was left, and even if there was we would have cleaned it up. They were plain disrespectful and judgeful. Don't even get me started on the nights, couldn't even sleep! The room was also poorly made, the lining on the corners were literally peeling off. I would not recommend going here. It could've ended badly as my mother is allergic to mold. This level of neglect is absolutely horrible
