When I got there they had the pool closed, that was my only reason I went there! The lady was horrible and when I asked she said it was posted. I showed her MULTIPLE TIMES that it wasn’t posted when she typed a lot on phone, LAUGHING. I asked to speak to someone, she handed me the phone. And I asked for someone to else because she kept saying “it’s been posted on the website since dec 5th!” But I showed her MULTIPLE TIMES it wasnt posted and who’s gonna look ALL THE WAY EVERYWHERE FOR IT TO SAY IN SMALL WRITTING “pool closed” and not just that! The lady at the desk kept being sassy and obnoxiously rude! I asked if she could at least give me half of it back but she said she wouldn’t! It was my first time staying here and it was horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I booked a hotel for my little sister and me to swim, and when I got there, the pool was closed. I understand if it was somewhere that, when I booked it, it said the pool was closed, but nowhere. The lady at the desk and the manager wouldn't even help with the situation. I kept asking, "Okay, can we work something else out or talk to somebody else?" and they kept getting snappy and telling me it's on a certain part of their website. It didn't say anything about it when I booked it, and in the amenities it still said it has a pool. The staff and the manager were very rude and not helpful and didn't try to work with me at all about my situation. If I can speak to a higher up I would appreciate it the manger wouldn't let me speak to any higher up.
