- BBBrianJan 12, 20263.0Upon checking in on January 12th the guy work the desk around 1130pm was not very pleasant at all. Was not offered my diamond elite bag like normal, and wasn’t greeted really at all. Not sure what’s happened at this property but it just seems to be going down hill.

After we called the first time we went in there and the doors were locked and nobody was at the front desk, we walked back out and called again making sure we had the right location and CATHY rudely answered the phone and said she was there and that she was at the front desk but when we walked back in she still wasn’t there and walked up to the desk and proceeded to unlock the door and when we walked in she said she wasn’t gonna give us a room because we didn’t know anything and then said we looked under 18 which we are of age and could’ve proved that with ID. Instead of wasting our whole time over childish stuff, she could of LEGIT said all that over the phone instead of us walking in there TWICE for no reason.we’ve stayed at hotels many of times and never had this experience.
