    I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations, and this was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had with the brand. The carpets in the hallways on both the first and second floors were extremely dirty, with stains and dark traffic paths throughout. The carpet around the breakfast area was also very dirty and looked neglected. Inside the room, the carpet had multiple stains, and there were splashes on the walls that looked like coffee or another beverage. The tile floor and grout in the bathroom were also extremely dirty and honestly pretty gross. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel needs serious attention. This stay did not meet the standards I expect from Holiday Inn Express.

    The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Especially Josh! Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. The only drawback is their thermostats are set on timers so it was hard to regulate temperature throughout the night

    We called to see if we can check in at night bc we’re on a trip and she said we could as long as we’re 18 and older. After we called the first time we went in there and the doors were locked and nobody was at the front desk, we walked back out and called again making sure we had the right location and CATHY rudely answered the phone and said she was there and that she was at the front desk but when we walked back in she still wasn’t there and walked up to the desk and proceeded to unlock the door and when we walked in she said she wasn’t gonna give us a room because we didn’t know anything and then said we looked under 18 which we are of age and could’ve proved that with ID. Instead of wasting our whole time over childish stuff, she could of LEGIT said all that over the phone instead of us walking in there TWICE for no reason.we’ve stayed at hotels many of times and never had this experience.

    Hotel is filthy and when issue with our AC was brought up it wasn’t fixed correctly and when I asked for a comp room they told me they wouldn’t since I booked with point and I would have to reach out to corporate. No offer for points or anything from them. Also, the carpets in this place are nasty all over the building. Would never stay here again.
