- MRMary Ruvolo5 days ago5.0We recently stayed at your Wooster Ohio Holiday Inn. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. Patti at the front desk was so kind and attentive to all of our large party. The hotel was everything we needed. Great breakfasts each day and we loved the coffee. Wooster is a great town with lots to do.
- CAcandace arvidsonApr 4, 20264.0Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are well layed out with plenty of space for suitcase storage. Room amenities all function well, i.e. iron, safe, shower pressure. Pool area is small but nice and clean. Continental breakfast is great.
- TSTegan StittApr 3, 20261.0Everything about this hotel was terrible. The lady who was checking us in started our stay off wrong by not even greeting us with a “ hello”. She rudely told us to move our car as soon as I entered the building. We had a wedding on a Friday and they could not have the rooms ready for our guests any earlier than 3:00. I wrote a review and got a response that was a joke from Helen Schemrich the General Manager. If you have an upcoming wedding or large gathering do not choose this hotel because they cannot accommodate. I do believe there was a Hampton down the street. I’d try there first.

Although the shower curtain had blood on it from the previous visitors. I brought this to the managements attendant on Saturday morning. They were supposed to come change the shower curtain out while we were gone for the day. When we got back at 8 pm it still had not been changed. I informed the about it. They never came until we were at breakfast on Sunday morning and ready to check out. I've never had anything like that before with an IHG hotel. I am very disappointed. I stay at IHG hotels all the time. I am a diamond elite member.
