Check-in was smooth, shower was very nice, continental breakfast was definitely the best I've ever seen. However, my fiancé and I only got about 2 hours of real sleep because the bed was so incredibly stiff. I've laid on patches of ground that were softer than that bed. And that left us exhausted for the entire day. There was zero mention of any sort of "incidentals fee" which they just charged ahead of time, and evidently the hotel has some sort of absurd 11pm curfew. Even WITH your card key, you can only get back in the front door, after 10pm. And of course things like to pool...closed absurdly early, too. Like adults have some sort of bedtime. The hotel was honestly very nice...visually. But that awful bed absolutely (primarily) ruined the evening. Not only was it super stiff...but it was a mile off the floor. And then on top of that...when we checked out and told the staff about it...they couldn't have cared less. Not even an offer for a discount on a future stay. They are lucky the breakfast was just THAT good. Otherwise, this would definitely be a 1-star review.

Do not stay at this hotel. Our 8-9-year-old girls' soccer team stayed here for a tournament weekend, and it was an awful experience. After a long day of travel and games (10am to 5pm), we went straight to dinner at Foundry Social, and most arrived back at the hotel around 9-930 to check in and go to bed. The next morning, a hotel representative informed us that the gym had been damaged overnight and accused our team of responsibility, citing "video footage." When we asked to view the footage, our request was denied. We have since had to dispute unauthorized charges through our credit card companies and file formal complaints with the hotel's corporate office and the local police department. If the hotel truly believed damage occurred, why not verify gym entry through key card records or share the supposed footage? Instead, they have unfairly accused young children without evidence. This was a terrible experience - deceitful, unprofessional, and completely unsupportive. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere

Made a reservation for the location, but also b/c they have a fitness center. I asked about the fitness area when I checked in and was informed where it was. Went my room and then came down to the fitness center which had a hand-written, "CLOSED" sign on the door. I went to the front desk who knew nothing -- recommended I return to my room to allow time to check to manager. I got a call 10 minutes later that the fitness center was indeed non-useable. No alternatives were provided and I immediately checked out and went to the Hampton Inn down the street for $50 less and a useable fitness area.
