The Wooster location is great. We shopped in Wooster and went to Berlin Ohio to shop. The room was fine. Although the shower curtain had blood on it from the previous visitors. I brought this to the managements attendant on Saturday morning. They were supposed to come change the shower curtain out while we were gone for the day. When we got back at 8 pm it still had not been changed. I informed the about it. They never came until we were at breakfast on Sunday morning and ready to check out. I've never had anything like that before with an IHG hotel. I am very disappointed. I stay at IHG hotels all the time. I am a diamond elite member.

Loved this hotel room was nice but not stocked for 4 people no extra blankets for the pull out bed ,,,,,,,,, no extra toilet paper had to go down to front desk to get extra items . But the breakfast WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Will definitely be back.just stock your rooms better.
