  Quiet comfy rooms, comfortable bed, free breakfast. Discovered this trip they have winter season-themed rooms available.

  I have been here on business, vacation, and even gotten married here! I have been here solo, with family and friends, and even on couple stays. There is nowhere else in Wooster I would stay. The sat is great and the breakfast is always good. The atmosphere is pleasant and the rooms are nice. CON: the con for me is it is not a high tech hotel. It’s one step above Stone Age. The price doesn’t match the lack of amenities and simple technology. It’s been over a year that they have been updating their system to have their smart tvs fully operational. Such a minor issue! Upon every stay I am in high hopes that the tv will be fully functional, and it never is. A huge ball drop for me because I would like to have the option to watch tv other than the selected stations allowed. I honestly think this particular location is just lacking the drive of ownership/management to make sure that their guests have a true Best Western Plus 5 star experience!

  I attended a 4 day scrapbook retreat in this hotel in Wooster. Everything about that hotel is AWESOME! I attended this event yearly.

  While I didn’t personally stay in the hotel this time, I have before. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby feels very homey and cozy. My place of employment housed important clients here and held a very important meeting with those clients in their large conference room. The little details were there. A great selection of snacks and drinks were there beyond what we expected. We paid for this in addition to the room rental, but the hotel offered all these services, including getting us terrific box lunches for our guests. The front desk staff was responsive before, during planning, and during our meeting. You can tell these people take great pride in their hotel. It doesn’t feel like a large chain.

  This place was a absolute nightmare!!! First the water in the shower didn't work correctly and neither did the pop machines and that wasn't the worse !!! At 1 am I heard this horrible banging that woke my daughter up and my parents next door , I jumped up terrified something was wrong then realized that our door looked cracked open ,thankfully we had the extra lock on , looked out and didn't see anyone but 40 seconds later someone was trying to get in our room !!!! Some lady that was drunk with some guys being so loud in the hall was trying to get in and was banging the door again !! I yelled that the room was occupied and she said that was her room which it was clearly not and she said said they gave her the keys at the desk all the while the guys in the hall were carrying on and yelled at me, hey is this a swingers party , let's get the party started !! My daughter was terrified!!!! I called the front desk immediately but it took awhile for them to up there to settle it down . Absolutely ridiculous!! My daughter was up all night scared because of this !! That could have ended up a very dangerous situation!!!! Had that extra lock not been on.How can u give someone keys to a room that was occupied??????? Never ever in all the years we have traveled have I ever been in such a horrible and scary situation at a hotel that is suppose to have a almost 5 star review!! Never ever again UPDATE , the manager was kind and figured out it was the lady at the desk that didn't mark the room correctly, and she has apologized and fixed everything . So for that I appreciate that she handled everything as it should be. Hopefully this helps this from happening again
