- CCChris CotnerNov 17, 20255.0We've stayed in this hotel before and came back because we were very happy with it. This time the gentleman who checked us in was professional and friendly. When we went into our room it smelled clean and it actually was. I always check for bugs and there were none. They offer free breakfast and it was very good. Of course they didn't make food to order, so your choices were limited. And the food was made in bulk and kept warm in a self serve style. However, the amount of food they offered was cooked in small enough batches so it was always hot. I had a cheese omelette, sausage gravy and biscuits, and linked sausages twice during my stay and I was satisfied each time. They also had a pool, workout room, and laundry. Overall we were happy with our stay and will definitely go back.

Carina made our day with her customer service during breakfast and had us waking up easier than we thought could be possible! The rooms were clean and tidy upon entry and the location was a great spot in between all the places we wanted to go to!

- BGBrooke GreenAug 25, 20255.0I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 at night, tired and exhausted from a long drive, only to find out I was at the wrong Holiday Inn Hotel in Wilmington. Donavan at the front desk was so accommodating. He had one room left to book out, and he called the other Holiday Inn to cancel the reservation I had made, making sure were going to credit my credit card , and then gave me the one room that was left at this hotel. I was so grateful that I didn't have to drive to another hotel. They even did their best to match the rate I had booked on line at the other hotel. The room had a king bed and a sofa pull out, it was so spacious. The room was clean and the rest of the staff was just as friendly as Donavan. I will for sure book at this hotel again.
