  This was a very confusing stay. When we arrived, the pool was out of service. This would have been fine, but that’s why we booked a stay! We came to swim 🤦‍♀️. I think an email or note on their website would have been appropriate. We went to the metro park across the street to settle our kids disappointment. It was a fun park! When we came back, the room felt warm so we turned the thermostat down, it doesn’t work. Just doesn’t respond to the Thermostat. No air movement. There was no hand soap in the dispenser. Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. The window did not have black out curtain, just a sheer one. No extra blankets, sheet, and pillow for the couch pull out bed. (We asked for some and got a comforter and flat sheet. No pillow or fitted sheet 🤷‍♀️) But here’s where it gets confusing. It’s so so so clean! The bathroom is perfectly clean and the room, soo clean! I don’t know if this hotel is maybe just not complete after a remodel or something🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ confusing. Would I stay again? Yes, I love a clean hotel room. But annoyed by all the little things that just seem off. Would have enjoyed a little air movement 🥵 glad the weather is mild! Another example: there is an iron holder with no iron 🤣. But clean none the less! Maybe just call to make sure the pool is open if you are coming to swim 🤦‍♀️

  We are former Hilton loyalists and this was our first Holiday Inn stay in many years. We were very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. The Kuerig and Dove bath products are great touches. The breakfast was very good. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We may be IHG people now.

  Only picked this place for the pool… get there and the pool is closed. If you were told that prior to coming it would be helpful. Now I have an upset kid I promised the last 4hr drive he could swim.. not cool. Also adding the AC isn’t working so it’s hot.

  Clean rooms and Mr Ed always remembers me! All staff are super and professional too! I stay here a lot and tried other Holiday Inn’s around this area but always come back here because of staff and cleanliness!!!
