  There was no hot coffee during the day. The coffee was cold all the time. The cold water conditioner was almost empty most of time. The guests smoke morovwna in their room and the hallway and other rooms got bad smell. We cheap and complicated service for breakfast. 👎

  Lovely, well kept hotel, in a perfect location (at least for my purposes) however: Jessie the Night manager is the STANDOUT. It seems like there's nothing he can't fix. I messed up a booking, he fixed it. Latenight WiFi woes for my business problem that requires it, he fixed it. He has always been a sight for sore eyes to a weary traveler that never arrives before midnight. Top Man! Can't say enough good things...

  Booked a 2 bedroom suite through the hotels website, confirmed email, etc. Arrived to hotel, trainee at desk, and trainer? I assume, asleep in chair behind him. Was told that there were no more suites available and we could be downgraded to a standard room. Not many options after a 4 hour drive with tired kids so we took it. Went to our room, clean at first glance but definitely could've been better. Beard (I hope) trimmings in shower, peeling wall paper, dirty caulk lines in tub. Stained curtains, Torn leather bench. Tv in lobby is broken, and couches in lobby are very worn. Once settled into our room, we can hear our neighbors (its midnight) and they begin to prank call our room. Go down and tell new desk person about noises to see what they could do. He said hed speak to that room. As I was walking away, ask about breakfast. "Oh your current rate doesn't include breakfast"... but our confirmed room did. He gave a us a voucher for our troubles. Wake up for breakfast, whole hallway smells like weed. And did for the rest of the stay. Laughable that hotel says its non smoking. Breakfast, although vouchered isn't anything id ever consider paying for. The fact they would charge anyone for the steamed eggs, cold hash brown casserole and burnt bacon, is telling of corporate greed. Pool area was dirty, maybe with the money they save on not including breakfast, they could buy a deck brush or atleast power wash the tiles and chairs. Dont let the 4+ stars fool you like it did me, this hotels not what it appears to be. Silver lining I guess is the downgraded room was cheaper than the suite...by a whole $30/night.

  The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the sofa and Dove bath products. The breakfast was very good, served on real dishes and flatware. Yes, this makes a difference. The location is great for shopping at Jungle Jims and Ikea. The food choices are good in this area also. 5 minutes from Cincy Curling Club.

  Living in Nashville we come to this hotel 3-4 times a year because of its central location to visit with family . Starting with check in with Greg! He is so welcoming, personable and attends to every need and detail. Wayne- maintenance. So professional with little issue we had, immediate response and went so far as to help carry luggage and check later all was ok . Such an asset to HOLIDAY INN. Addie! I could go on and on with her . Her attention to every detail, professionalism and personality. Makes everyone feel like family and so welcome. Look forward to seeing all these people each visit! They are literally our reason for returning to this hotel on our trips to Cincinnati! I hope it’s acknowledged just how these people represent and operate this hotel!
