    Terrible customer service. Was not understanding of a miscommunication. Was there with a soccer tournament. Will never stay here again

    The primary reason for a lower score is the room was not super clean. The biggest problem is the entire third floor smelled like weed. Someone was definitely smoking Marijuana on the third floor. Fortunately it didn't really penatrate into our room

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible customer service. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized for our group—checking in across eight rooms was seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was how accommodating and thoughtful the staff were. They allowed parents early access to the performers’ rooms so we could decorate and make the experience extra special. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to our group and really elevated the entire stay. Every detail was handled with professionalism and warmth, and it made a big difference. We’re so grateful for the effort the team put in to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

    We had a suite with two queen beds, and the room felt spacious - more so than a typical suite with two queen beds. It was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. The staff was warm and hospitable. This is a convenient location, not far from the freeway, close to restaurants, and about 6 minutes from UC Westchester Hospital.

    I am staying at Holiday Inn as a IHG Diamond member, and while the location and staff were decent, the room itself was disappointing. The most concerning issue was the ceiling, which had noticeable leak marks. It gave the room a neglected feel and made me worry about potential water damage or mold. Other aspects of the room were average, but the state of the ceiling overshadowed any positives. For the price, I expected better from IHG and attention to detail. I hope the management addresses these issues soon, as the overall experience was dampened by this problem.
