The hotel itself and staff are always great. This is our go-to location when we visit. However, the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5…is because there’s nothing more frustrating than being a Diamond Member and having to park on the other side of the building from our room…because EVERY spot is taken up by the employees and/or patrons from the adjacent restaurant, Jag’s. Love Jag’s too - amazing food and service but one or the other, be it the hotel or the restaurant need to expand their parking to allow for their OWN patrons, especially in the middle of winter when families are staying at the hotel for the holidays. It’s incredibly frustrating and as much as we love the hotel, this single thing could be the reason why we may opt for other accommodations moving forward. The issue needs to be addressed with management from both places. If I’m spending $200 a night for a hotel, I should be able to have a parking spot near the entrance to my room…and not give it up to the 100 restaurant employees who park there daily. And if that’s the expectation, there should be some kind of reciprocity arrangement made, whereas hotel guests at the very least…get some kind of discount at the restaurant or on our stay here. The employees galavant in the parking lot after their shifts and play loud music at midnight from their cars as well as drink and leave cans and bottles in the parking lot. Not the best image for the hotel; it’s incredibly off-putting. Additionally, the last few times we’ve been here, the WiFi has been intermittent at best and that’s if it works at all. Just my two cents as a long-time patron of this place, and I hope it’s addressed because we really do like the staff and the rooms. I’d hate to take my business elsewhere over things that could be fixed fairly easily.

Worst internet I have ever dealt with in a hotel and mold is an issue. Also no matter how many thousands you spend here the general manager does not value you at all and will treat you like trash if you don’t bow down to him.

When we travel, we almost always stay at a Staybridge. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom suite. This suite was very spacious. I was so pleased with the amount of room.
The location was perfect for what we needed, only 20 minutes to the mall and 20 minutes to the Cincinnati Zoo. There was plenty of parking spaces available in the lot.
The employees at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The woman running the bar at the social hour was also very personable!
Overall, the hotel was very clean. There were a couple of questions/ concerns we had, but they were addressed right away. (I was surprised with the promptness, to be honest). Some of the parts of the room had seen better days, but you can tell the hotel tries to keep it feeling presentable. Due to health reasons, I'm very aware of cleanliness. I typically go into hotels and wipe everything down myself, and every surface I cleaned was actually clean.
The breakfast had lots of options which is always nice. We were there for two of the social nights, and that food was very good!
The pool was good enough for the kids. I thought the water seemed cloudy but the employee said it was normal. I've had a pool my whole life and cloudy was never the goal. There is no longer a hot tub, but that didn't make any difference to us.
Overall, it was a very great experience! I highly recommend.
