First of all I want to commend the hostess Sabrina for being one of the best front desk personnel I have ever run into in all of my years with IHG. I had some issues with the room I was assigned. I voiced those concerns to Sabrina and she could not have taken care of the situation any better. She was kind, considerate, attentive, and handled my concerns appropriately and professionally. Do your best not to lose her! :-) The food was excellent and the service superb. I travel I-75 in this area quite often and I will make sure I make this hotel in absolute stay from now on. Thank you!

Pieces of trash on the floor, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, trash all over the hallway floor. When I got there the restaurant had closed thirty minutes early with no warning so I wasn’t able to utilize that. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind but everything else was a negative.

It has everything you need, and a nice design, but just a little rundown and some spots here and there. I paid $122 all in for a night and thats a fair price for what you get.
