    I've been here two years in a row with issues with giant spots on the TV in the lobby that make watching anything miserable. I brought it up with the front desk today only to be told, "oh no they're not going to fix it" so straight faced it made me laugh. With the price of large TVs today to just leave it is hilarious!

    Convenient, quiet location for a great price. Greg at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The breakfast was incredible -- easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Our hostess, Addie, was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to meet our requests. Rooms were clean and spacious and had great HVAC systems. We were excited to try the steakhouse on property but found that it had closed early due to lack of customers, which was disappointing but understandable. Looking forward to eating there at our next stay, as we'll definitely be staying here again.

    I visited the Holiday inn from November 21, 2025- November 23, 2025. I booked what I thought was going to be a nice suite. It was supposed to be a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday. First, it wasn’t the same room that was advertised on hotels.com. I was willing to deal with that. As I was putting my drinks in the fridge I realized how dirty it was, then I started looking around. Their was thick red stuff all over the already stained used up carpets, their was food on the ground under the edge of the couch, their microwave had NO plate so I couldn’t use that. The pull-out bed within the couch was supposed to be where my 3 year old was going to sleep and the mattress was covered in black stuff that resembled mold. The frames to both sliding doors were falling off of the walls, etc. I went down to the front desk to let them know that it was the wrong room over all and they told me that was the specific room I ordered on hotels.com and they couldn’t give me a different room. Keep in mind it was $600 for 2 days before my discount. The room key wouldn’t work to get into the pool, and I got locked out of my room a couple times and had to go down from the top floor to get my key reset while my family sat in the hallway waiting for me. The overall experience was TERRIBLE. The hotel refused to grant me any type of refund. Won’t be going back and I suggest to choose another hotel if you’re looking to stay at this one.

    Welp I had high expectations but alot of mistakes were made. When we 1st checked in it was quick and smooth. We got to our room and the bathroom was dirty. I called down and the front desk lady said she wrote the wrong room # on the key. Ok not a biggie, went back down and swapped out keys. When we got back in for the night we pulled back the sheets and there were stains on the fitted sheet. When we pulled that fitted sheet back there was hair on top of another fitted sheet. 2 fitted sheets on one bed? 😲 We called down and the night front desk guy offered to switch us rooms. The morning of check out housekeeping came into our room around 8:45 AM. Then housekeeping came back and opened our door at 10:00 AM. Then at 11:10 housekeeping tried to open our door again but I was standing right there that time. THERE IS NO REASON FOR HOUSE KEEPING TO TRY TO ENTER A GUEST ROOM BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME.
