We got to the hotel at about 130am after a day of travel and they couldn’t check us in for some reason. We were on a call with said 3rd party, they were on another line with the hotel and still couldn’t figure it out. Lady at the front desk was frustrated as were we. We will never use this chain again.

The front desk even didnt smile at you upon check in... although they provide hot breakfast.. egg, potato and crambled bacon.. but be careful.. their yogart were expired.. and some of their fruits were rotten.. and take note also there is no microwave inside your room. You need to heat your food downstairs.. quite inconvenient. While location quite nice.. quiet and lots of food options in the area.. but it is more on a high end ans expensive place or establishments. Oh forgot to mention, be careful of using their towel.. there's a stain of poop.. check it before you use it. Disgusting !
