- JGJoseph GargaszFeb 21, 20263.0I stay at this hotel a lot for work. It's basic, low cost and good location. My biggest complaint here is the showers and towels. I've stayed in many of the rooms countless times. There is always poor water pressure and intermittent hot water at times. Some days worse than others. Wish they could get this figured out. Also the towels rarely smell good and clean. Other than that, the beds are comfortable, housekeeping does a good job and the front desk people are always nice.

We got to the hotel at about 130am after a day of travel and they couldn’t check us in for some reason. We were on a call with said 3rd party, they were on another line with the hotel and still couldn’t figure it out. Lady at the front desk was frustrated as were we. We will never use this chain again.
