- MSMagnificent SmithOct 20, 20251.0Thought Avid was one of the cleanest and the most newest member of choice hotel... the hotel is quite new and modern.. but unfortunately, service was so poor.. dont know how they define hospitality. The front desk even didnt smile at you upon check in... although they provide hot breakfast.. egg, potato and crambled bacon.. but be careful.. their yogart were expired.. and some of their fruits were rotten.. and take note also there is no microwave inside your room. You need to heat your food downstairs.. quite inconvenient. While location quite nice.. quiet and lots of food options in the area.. but it is more on a high end ans expensive place or establishments. Oh forgot to mention, be careful of using their towel.. there's a stain of poop.. check it before you use it. Disgusting !

Got back from a night out with the family, and my wife couldn't relax because the lighting in the room is brighter than the sun. No dimming?l Then the outlets didn't work, so I couldn't use my cpap Points for pet friendly, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Staff was great and made my stay right, but traveler beware on the other stuff.

- KTKia TylerOct 11, 20253.0We arrived and the hotel itself is in a good area because it was close to a lot of the other activities we were doing. The receptionist was so sweet and made checking in easy. The room was a nice size. The only issue I have with the rook which is really the most important in my opinion was the cleanliness. The bathroom was pretty unsanitary in my opinion. I found body hair on the toilet seat, hair on the shower, the shower itself looks like is not cleaned. Once the stay is finished I will update the review with how breakfast is and the comfiness of the beds.
