  All in all not bad. Room needed remodeled and was a bit wore out. Also found some used mens underwear and socks in the wardrobe. Service was great and lady at the front desk was nice. It felt like the hotel was out in the middle of nowhere.

  We stopped here on our way home from Chicago. We had been told we had a remodeled room but it wasn’t the cleanest. Bed was soft and had clean linen on it but the floors you could see hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed. The room was a nice size. Served hot breakfast but it had all been burnt or sitting too long. Not a very big dining area.

  No more hot tub which is why we came back.love a nice hot tub. . Phone doesn't work until all remodeling is done apparently so I had to go from the 3rd floor to the lobby to try and figure out why the internet wasn't working. No answers. No internet. No help. The only place to get ice is on the 1st floor, another elevator ride. Not coming back. Rooms are good though if you don't care about phones, hot tubs and internet.

  We stayed here over Christmas while visiting Family. The newly renovated rooms are so much nice than the last time we stayed here. BIG improvement. The hall ways could still use some work especially on the mail floor. The 1st night we were in a room where the bathroom exhaust fan made the most terribly annoying sound that kept us up all night. We did mention it to the front desk the next day and they admitted that that room can be an issue for some people. They did swap us to a new room. Unfortunately the new room the shower water temp was warm at best. Sounds like the mixer needs to be adjusted because the sink water was HOTTTT. We did bring this to the attention of the front desk too. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was standard for holiday inn.
