You know there must be a lot of them if you're seeing them in day time. Messed up thing is they weren't going to tell the other guests already staying there.

However, the staff member "Terri" was so kind and so helpful. She offered us a discount on our room which was nice but what I really appreciated was her sincerity and willingness to help.
