    Five stars all the way! When I booked my room I let them know I wanted to see if I could be in a quieter area as I have a son with autism. They accommodated us without question. While staying there the staff were very attentive. One of our nephews was waiting in the lobby, to be picked up to go to bowling and the staff checked with us to make sure he was alright as he was picked up by someone we knew. Anytime we come back to the area, as we have moved from the area, we will always stay here. Close to everything and with attentive staff, cleanliness, and amenities you can't beat it! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

    What a great place to stay from the property to all employees we encountered!! They have a great outdoor space to enjoy your .orning coffee or your evening glass of wine. We had a couple unusual requests and they took great care of us. Thank you.

    I stayed at this hotel because I used to stay there frequently, they used to have a little happy hour in the afternoon and that was nice, breakfast is not what it used to be there and outside my window downstairs. There was an air conditioner that was extremely noisy, and frankly made it unpleasant. You would think that a hotel would get that repaired within a day or so. I told the lady at the front that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise and she said oh we know we’ve told them. Update: Terry called me today to discuss the issue, and she told me they were looking for the cheapest company and it would be taken care of. And said she was sorry that my comment at the front desk was mishandled, I didn’t feel like they miss handled it at all, they acknowledged there was a problem and said that they had informed management already, that sounds honest and not miss handled at all, so I really hope they don’t give the employees a hard time over it. I told her that meant they were putting cost over guests sleeping experience. Then she tried to tell me they were trying to find a company that had spare parts. I told her you already told me you were trying to find the cheapest company. And she offered to take one night off of my visit. I told her I didn’t call for that, but if she wanted to do something, she could put a credit where I could use it later, so she agreed to put it in points. Keep in mind today is Sunday, I checked in on Monday and the air conditioner was making noise on Monday and this is a busy hotel. I believe they can afford to and should replace that unit, to put their guests experience at the top of the list Overall underwhelmed with the maintenance at the facility, the staff was fantastic. I didn’t have any issue with anybody at the front desk or the cleaning people. I am surprised they would have the manager of the hotel call me and tell me that their air conditioner is still broken because they’re trying to find a “cheapest company” Bottom line is actions speak louder than words, in six days time I think not having that nuisance loud air conditioner fixed shows their actions
