By far the worst experience I have ever had at best western. The elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. I went down to breakfast a little after nine and there was nothing left and I was told that I was too late. I’m an awards member and I didn’t get my water upon check in Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend. Pictures attached.

Stayed at this location because of the proximity of the concert venus. Check in process was easyand room assigned with no problem. Trouble cae when the shower had no hot water amd the door to the bathroom didnt close limiting privacy. Although i reported it, zero comp was provided. The complimentary breakfast was provided but very limited. Decided to go to a local restaurant for breakfast. Day started out terrible without a shower. I would approach this location cautious ensure critical items work properly.

A young lady was attending the desk. She was not friendly nor informative. She did inform me that the elevator was out of order and that we had to carry our 4 pieces of luggage up two flights of stairs. We are seniors. She offered no assistance. Upon entering the room there is no overhead lighting at the door. The light switch turned on a dull light across the room in the corner.
The TV was a 19” flat screen! Really? We could not enjoy it from the bed because it was so small and the remote did not work well at all. Very limited channel offerings.
The room was reasonably clean and quiet but the bathroom was old and outdated.
We went down for breakfast in the morning at 8:30. The eggs and sausage were cold and hard. The warmers were not on. The pancakes were also old, stiff, and cold as well. No water available. Nobody was attending the breakfast so there was no one to tell. Not that they would have cared. This hotel lacks any customer service, professionalism, or desire to please. My expectations were low to begin with but they managed to even perform below expectations! I cannot recommend this hotel!

Elevator did not work. Carried everything up two flights of stairs
We went to the breakfast buffet around
8:30 am and the eggs and sausage were ice cold. Not even room temperature. Expected better for the price.

I will not recommend staying at this hotel, as they have lost my business! My husband works in town and works night shift. I called to book a room and it was going to be over $200 for middle of the week so I booked it on Priceline tax included $105 that’s not the problem. Problem was my husband needed to check in early as he would only need the room from 7:30am until 6:30pm less than 12 hrs but paid for the whole night. When he asked if he could check in early the “Nephew” of the owner charged him an extra $50 which would have been okay but it was not full or even busy!! The elevator was broke as well! My husband lives out of town and would be staying every week 1-4 days but not any more! This so called “Nephew” is not a business person very rude and arrogant! Can NOT recommend this place if you plan to stay often as they are not will to work or form a relationship with you! This is the first time we have ever encountered such people! If it was a holiday or weekend or even busy I would not mind paying the extra but for a nearly empty Tuesday morning tells me they are just about the money! I wish them well but will not recommend or be staying there!
