  I stayed here last year and everything was great so I decided to stay here again this year. For whatever reason the breakfast eggs and sausage were always cold and since they didn't have a microwave there I had to take my breakfast to my room to heat it up. On one occasion they ran out of regular coffee and the person attending didn't know how to replace it. The heater in my room broke about 6 days in so they decided to move me to another room which was on the other side of the floor and nobody helped me move there. I ask them to clean and replace the towels in my room which they did but didn't give me clean sheets for my bed. I had to asked them to replace them which is ridiculous because in every hotel that I have stayed that was done whenever the room was cleaned. I was very disappointed with this stay and unless they fix they fix these problems I would not recommend this hotel.

  We visit Warren Ohio once a month or so and have been staying at a cheaper hotel. We decided to give this a try as the location was great and we thought we could offset the price with the free breakfast. I called before booking to ask about the breakfast and was told it was a nice breakfast with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and the location was great but the service and the breakfast was awful. We were told it would go till 9:30, we went down at 8:15 and there were 2 little eggs that looked very old and pancakes that could be used as hockey pucks. When I asked she said since all the guest had been down they sent the breakfast worker home. I said well we are guest and she just really didn't care. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast and will not be back to this location. Very disappointed.

  By far the worst experience I have ever had at best western. The elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. I went down to breakfast a little after nine and there was nothing left and I was told that I was too late. I’m an awards member and I didn’t get my water upon check in Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend. Pictures attached.

  Stayed at this location because of the proximity of the concert venus. Check in process was easyand room assigned with no problem. Trouble cae when the shower had no hot water amd the door to the bathroom didnt close limiting privacy. Although i reported it, zero comp was provided. The complimentary breakfast was provided but very limited. Decided to go to a local restaurant for breakfast. Day started out terrible without a shower. I would approach this location cautious ensure critical items work properly.
