- TTTroy2 days ago3.0Stayed here for overnight stop. Front desk very polite upon arrival. We were put on 4th floor(top) not sure why since it appeared to be maybe half full but whatever. Room appeared clean, lighting is underwhelming at best. Bed was comfortable. The shower drain was a little gross looking, water pressure great in shower. The hotel itself was quiet, road noise from I75 which is right next to it was loud, my fault did not think of that when booking. Breakfast had plenty and area was clean and not busy. Even have to go bags if needed. Overall stay was as expected. Staff very nice.
- AAAmandaDec 31, 20253.0A little disappointed with our stay on the 26/27. We stayed here for our wedding in 2019 and the hotel looked newly renovated and taken care off. Then we stayed 12/26 and our room seemed dirty. The walls just looked gross and by the couch there was something gross looking on the wall. Our bathtub was taking a while to drain so my husband pulled the stop out and it was covered in hair. Overall cleanliness was probably a 2-3/5. We have small children so that was uncomfortable for us. We also got zero sleep. There was a family who must of had multiple children and rooms. The parents were not supervising and the children were running wild in the hotel, slamming doors and yelling from 10p-12:30am. I called the front desk and they made efforts to try and get the kids to go back to their rooms but it kept happening. The staff was INCREDIBLY nice. Every time we were in contact with them they were seriously nothing short of great. The noise was not their fault and honestly sometimes comes with the territory of staying in a hotel but with the lack of cleanliness and no sleep, it just added to our frustration. Typically we stay in airbnbs when we stay in Wapak but wanted to give the hotel a try.
