The front desk is very friendly especially Juanita...the coffee is delicious and available 24/7 BIG PLUS...breakfast has lots of options, bacon is very tasty...pool area is clean and not overly hot like others, very comfortable...room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and hotel was nice and quiet...if you want pizza nearby Galleys was the best I've had in a while...stayed here when I visited Rock and Roll hall of fame and glad I did

- BHBrianna H.Dec 5, 20252.0This particular Holiday Inn Express needs to improve in a lot of aspects; the Wi-Fi really sucks. It’s either slow or doesn’t wanna work at all. At least in my experience; the connection would drop almost at random and I’d have to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone and turn it back on every so often. The beds are very uncomfortable, so much so that my girlfriend and I could not sleep at night and we have 9 hour drive to do to get home. The breakfast was very poor quality, in that everything looked dried up. Additionally, the orange juice was very watery. Will not be coming back to this particular location again. Only upside is the friendly service for checking in and out.
