The front desk lady name Ashley was really helpful every time I would check in. She gave me great recommendations for food and activities around town. The breakfast could be a little better, but it was definitely better than some other places I have lodged at.

- DMD MorganAug 11, 20251.0My wife had initially spoke with a girl named Gretchen to confirm our reservation. Gretchen provided horrible service and did not seem like she wanted to help at all. I called back and spoke with Kyle who was nice and pleasant and seemed like he wanted to assist. When we checked in there was a girl with tattoos who was not warm and welcoming. The girl didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived. She had a Notorious BIG shirt on and short hair, the only other describable things I can remember. Regardless a woman came in to relieve her and she told us to have a good day. I saw the same woman in the parking lot an hour later and she was friendly, so I told her what happened. The woman I spoke with named Ashley, was carrying trash out because no one had emptied the trash in the front or the lobby. She apologized on behalf of her younger co workers. The service outside of Ashley and Kyle was non-existent. The room was gross, I had to put my shoes back on in the room because the floor and carpet made my feet black, within minutes. The carpet near the couch was littered with crumbs, the fridge had ketchup spilled inside. The bathtub felt dirty. Upon arrival, I couldn’t wait to check out.
