  The staff wasn't overly friendly. I kind of felt like I was in their way. We were given a handicapped room. I'm still not sure why. There was no television the first night, dissapponting, but the variety of breakfast food was impressive.

  Beautiful, quite, clean and affordable place for family vacation. We had a great time. Breakfast was very delicious and they made sure refill for some of us who got there late. Staff was amazing and manager was very kind to handle some misunderstandingswith reservation. Definitely come back when I visit Toledo.

  Absolutely upset with my stay. There was a very noisey group above my room running a marathon into the late night when I also having a child trying to sleep. I contacted front desk and nothing was done about it. It was also the same group that has to be kicked out of the pool for being too rowdy as well. This hotel needs to enforce a quiet time so others can get some peace and quiet. Also my mom booked a king room but upon check in they were apparently sold out so she was checked into a double bed room, but when my brother had issues with his room they were able to move him to a king room. Nothing in this hotel runs properly, speaking of which the elevator is probably one of the most sketchiest ones I’ve seen in a while.

  The systems were down when we checked in. When they gave us our room, along with the other team members I was traveling with. Both of us walked into our rooms and there was already somebody in the room. Not impressed by that because of the fact that it could have been a lot worse. When we got our second rooms there was no offer to say hey. Let us go check the rooms to make sure that there's nobody in those rooms so we had to walk into our rooms. Hoping that there wasn't somebody in the second rooms what we got. I think they could have gone the extra mile because the systems were down and checked the rooms for us but that didn't happen. Once we were in the rooms the TV was not working as the satellite TV was down but there was no notification at the front desk that the satellite was out. When I called the front desk they said the main reason that it was out was because either windy or rain and it wasn't either. It was a beautiful sunny day. Just not an overall good experience. My other team members one of them had to change their room because the toilet was broken and the shower wasn't draining correctly and then one of the other team members had a room with two double beds which they were thankful for. As one of the beds the sheets were not clean. Not an overall impressive stay.

  Here for the night on business and if the company hadn’t paid for the hotel I would have switched it. Came here with 3 colleagues of mine, after parting ways we all met back in the lobby within 10 minutes as 2 of us already had people staying in our rooms. After getting reassigned to another room, I was back in the lobby after discovering that my toilet was broken with no one available to fix it. In the third room, the tv didn’t work, half of the floor was soaked, and the shower was dirty (full of pubes) and didn’t drain. At that point I called it quits and figured there was no point in continuing to change my room. Only remotely redeeming quality was the breakfast, which I almost wish I could review independently.
