- DLDavid LeBrunDec 27, 20251.0This has to be the worst maintained and worst run Hotel in the IHG line. Been here twice. Both times problems with room and heat/ac unit. When I checked in the room at noon, temp was around 64deg. Heat was on and set to 70. Took until 6pm before it reached 70 deg. I like the ac on when I sleep. So turned thermostat to ac. Ac doesn't even come up on thermostat. Only heat. Even that doesn't work. Night guy came up to check and found neither the window unit or wall unit would work. Was told to check with morning lady for discount. Problem is, I didn't pay for room. My company did. Discount won't do me any good. I looked at reviews and.most said the same thing with problems with rooms and heat/ac. All responses for manager said the same thing. A canned msg saying they hope you give this place a second try. Nope. Never again. This location lost all my company's business
