- BJBrittanyy Jade3 days ago3.0Called me a day before my arrival to let me know the room I booked and paid for a week prior was no longer available due to upgrades. The jacuzzi tub room is NO longer there so don't book it. They will put you in another room, without asking your preference and also not compensate for the loss of that room ammenity( I asked to be compensated.) Lots of hair in the bathtub and not clean. Everything else was great and clean Bed was so comfortable I loved the king suite layout, it was very spacy with a lot of storage places Variety of channels on TV Safe location

- NBNick BelkinApr 21, 20262.0This hotel is old and it shows. Room seemed clean but the floor was sticky. They did not clean the common areas at all for the time I was there (3 days). Never saw a person mopping and vacuuming. I was holding interviews in the lobby so I was their most of the day each day and you could see where folks had spilled in front of the elevator and that was never cleaned up and trash cans were always full. Staff was friendly and hotel was quite. My room was directly over the pool so I smelled chlorine the entire time.

The room and bed were clean but my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was a mold problem in our bathroom tub most likely due to an old seal or bad job, it ran the length of the tub and you can tell water leaked through and caused mold. It is a fixable issue, though.
- JKJohn KeaneApr 2, 20264.0They had updated charging options, which was nice. Buuut the whole place seemed like it was being completely renovated. The heated pool sure didn't feel heated. The vending machines were missing on the 2nd floor and there was construction debris in their place. Our room smelled like paint and was missing the bottom trim, so there were open cracks that were entirely too tempting for our 1.5yo. It'll probably be better when that's all sorted out.
