- LWLexi WatkinsMar 13, 20265.0March 9-12, 2026 First off, I would like to say I was skeptical because of the reviews mentioning bed bugs and lack of window shades.. BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean hotel. The room was spotless. No signs of bugs, no bites. Our window had 2 layers of shades. The AC worked perfectly, as well as the tv, along with everything else. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. They chatted with guests frequently and were quick to respond to any requests. One staff member even helped me locate good restaurants to work at. Breakfast was outstanding. Even my dad loved it (especially the biscuits and sausage gravy) and he is PICKY. They had scrambled eggs some mornings and omelets the others. Cinnamon rolls, breakfast proteins, greek yogurt, oatmeal, all that good stuff. Oh and pancakes. I was visiting Tiffin University and it is just about 8 minutes from the campus. They did close the pool and the 2nd floor down as they are completely redoing both. So if anything, the place will be newly renovated for future guests. :) All around a great stay.

We arrived for our one night stay on February the 7th and was greeted by a nice lady at the counter. Our room was ready and clean. I can't think of anything more we could have asked for. Nice room and great breakfast. Super staff all around.
