- LWLexi Watkins5 days ago5.0March 9-12, 2026 First off, I would like to say I was skeptical because of the reviews mentioning bed bugs and lack of window shades.. BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean hotel. The room was spotless. No signs of bugs, no bites. Our window had 2 layers of shades. The AC worked perfectly, as well as the tv, along with everything else. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. They chatted with guests frequently and were quick to respond to any requests. One staff member even helped me locate good restaurants to work at. Breakfast was outstanding. Even my dad loved it (especially the biscuits and sausage gravy) and he is PICKY. They had scrambled eggs some mornings and omelets the others. Cinnamon rolls, breakfast proteins, greek yogurt, oatmeal, all that good stuff. Oh and pancakes. I was visiting Tiffin University and it is just about 8 minutes from the campus. They did close the pool and the 2nd floor down as they are completely redoing both. So if anything, the place will be newly renovated for future guests. :) All around a great stay.

We arrived for our one night stay on February the 7th and was greeted by a nice lady at the counter. Our room was ready and clean. I can't think of anything more we could have asked for. Nice room and great breakfast. Super staff all around.

- IIitzdylanyoSep 27, 20254.0What a decent hotel. Tiffin is, by far an large, not a major tourist destination. This hotel sits behind a car dealership on the edge of town. Great for quietness, not great for seeing the town. The bathroom was cleaner than the last one I stayed at, but there was the backing to someone's ear piercing that was on the carpet in between both beds that didnt get vacuumed up, the mini fridge hadn't been moved and cleaned by evidence of all the dust (and the debit card that wasnt mine that I found next to the mini fridge), but overall pretty good. The breakfast nook made getting breakfast a little awkward, but still functional.
