The lady at the front desk told me those were mosquito bit's.I got them 2 nights in a row.And they are definitely bed bugs.

I was told the Manger Katrina can either approve my refund request or decline it she chose to decline it even after several attempts of leaving me multiple messages now I’m forced to have to DRIVE TO A CITY and state so I don’t waste my money. The front desk receptionist I think her name is Becky tried everything she could to help me. I never had this kind of dealings with a hotel ever. I called immediately after realizing the booking dates era and still she chose to “not give me a refund” and not even give a reason.
