  It was nye and sadly there was only one lady at the front desk. No one else to help her check people in. Didn't see a manager but once. The lady; I forget her name, she was polite and cool under the stress, she remained friendly and persistent in getting everyone checked in. The room was clean and fresh.

  Did the pre check in via phone. But still had to redo it all when got to the lobby. Finally got to the room. It was a nice size, the bed was clean and very nice. All the light plugs were unplugged and the TV had to be reprogrammed. The bathroom... well the tub was chipped, the sink cabnet was off center and you can see the holes from the towel holder from the previous spot. The door for the next room was broken and could have been easly open from the other side. Went to the lobby to get another room but it would be a hour before a room was ready. Decided to stay in the room. As far as a selection of snacks very limited. The morning breakfast selction was normal run of the mill hotel food. The next morning went to go shower and by the photo you can see there was back flow of rusted water. I went to complain but there was no one at the desk. I dont know if i would recommend staying at this hotel. For the price it wasnt worth it.

  I travel and work in the Strongsville often OH area often! I have stayed at several hotels in this area. I have to say this hotel has the worst customer service that I have experienced and I will not be staying here again! Both at check in and at check out ABSOLUTELY terrible!

  The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the highway and our family. Wish we had taken time to read the reviews before booking The hotel is supposedly non smoking, however it smells like pot. I’m not sure the hotel owns any cleaning supplies. The staff is rude. The amenities are minimal. The teeny tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner are a joke. Y’all need to get your acts together. This is terrible. When’s the last time you vacuumed this place? The shower handle nearly fell off. Asking for towels was a chore for the guy at the desk. I’d give zero stars if I could. Considering that cleanliness has been a noted thing as I read through reviews I don’t see where improvement were made.

  I went to this hotel because the price was in my budget at the time and all my partner wanted most is to relax in a nice warm bath and then go swimming. Well when we got here Angel checked us in and was really nice. We get to the room, my partner turns on the water to take a bath and it was so slow coming out that it took 20 min to fill the tub. So that was already a bummer. Then we go to go to the pool and the pool was closed because some sports team used it as a bath and it needed shocked. So we tried to ask the new desk clerk which was this heavy set lady with a face tat was working and was really rude to my partner and I when we tried asking for our money back. We wanted to go to another hotel that actually had working amenities. Then we got back to our room and called down to ask for some more towels she was very rude about having to contact house keeping and told us that shes busy checking people in and that we will have to wait our turn. And that's OK, but the tone she used was as if we were inconveniencing her. So now we were upset and hurt by this stay. We decided to door dash a pizza and called down to the front desk and Angel was back!!! Yay!! 😁 She helped us with getting hot sauce and was so much more polite with the situation and told us there was nothing she could do at the moment and apologized for the other lady and told us to wait on the manager in the morning to compensate us but she moved us to another room where the water worked much better than the last, so my partner could take his bath at last. But the horror story had a silver lining. In the morning the breakfast was to die for. 🤤Warm pancakes with syrup, sausage links, ham and cheese omlettes, seasoned potatoes, hot sauce, ketchup a build your own yogurt bar, cereal, cold milk, orange juice, bread and pastries. And the staff kept everything well stocked the whole morning and everything was perfectly cooked. Then we talked with Will, the general manager. He was a godsend. He hooked us up with another night free, the pool opened and we were able to swim the next day. It was a whole nother outlook on the situation and we then got to enjoy our stay finally. So thank you Angel and Will for accommodating us. We will be back because of y'all and the killer breakfasts.
