The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it a great choice for both business and family travel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-organized, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The location is also very convenient—easy access to the highway, nearby restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, this hotel delivers consistent quality, comfort, and great service that Holiday Inn Express is known for. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

- AEAmanda EaganDec 1, 20251.0DO NOT BOOK HERE. We chose this hotel for our wedding as the venue was right around the corner to make it convenient for guests. We spoke with the manager and booked a block of rooms and booked a suite for the weekend of with a extra living space and table area so our bridal party could get ready all together. We booked about 6-8 months in advance for the suite and even called 2-3 months prior just to confirm we had the suite we wanted and was told everything looked good. We go to check in and was told that our suite was not available due to a "permanent resident" residing in the suite and there was "NOTHING WE CAN DO". We were not offered any solutions and was told that they tried to get a hold of us the DAY OF to let us know. WE had to suggest to them that we needed 2 conjoining rooms for the price of one for our bridal party to get ready in and the said "um let me see if we can do that". Again, NO HELP AT ALL. When they finally found 2 conjoining rooms, we asked for extra chairs and were told they could not accommodate us, again offering nothing for the inconvenience. We did ask to speak to the manager we were working with and was told he no longer worked there. On top of this, the elevators stopped working, so our guests who were on the 2nd and 3rd floor had to carry up all their belongings, make up artist and hair person also had to carry up all their tools to the 3rd floor. It was an awful experience, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
