- MPMark PescatriceMay 2, 20264.0Stayed two nights. Overall it was a good stay, but for a couple things. After checking in, we got to our room and there was already someone in the room. Thankfully we didn't open the door and we were given a different room. Secondly, breakfast was good enough, but the area is poorly laid out and makes it difficult to maneuver. It was a good value and I would consider staying again.

- BGBrittany G.May 1, 20263.0Upon checking in we were told that we had been upgraded to a King Suite. We thought that was wonderful. While the room was spacious with an updated kitchen area, the entire room had a smell of musk and heavy perfume/cologne. We immediately opened the windows for a few hours to air it out. The bathroom (toilet and tub room) did not have an exhaust fan, the tub was cracked with a hole forming, the shower head and handle had visible black mold & the shower curtain rod was installed crooked so the curtian doesn't stay closed on either end. I do not think we will be coming back to this hotel if we are ever in the area again.

I called to have housekeeping take care of it and I was asked if I could do it because housekeeping doesn't come in while I'm already in the room. That just made me feel like housekeeping doesn't do anything at all, since it was there before I got the room. For the amount of money I spent per night (Easter, over 300) I expected at least a little service. I probably won't come back unless I really have to, lest housekeeping disappears like whoever was supposed to be working at the front counter.

I had the flu, had to cancel meetings, and was stuck 8 hours from my house. When I called the front desk to get more Kleenex, the front desk told me that they would deliver a box to my room because I sounded horrible. Cynthia brought a little care package to my room with the Kleenex and wrote a little get well soon note. THIS IS QUALITY SERVICE. Excellent experience! I highly recommend this location.
