Until recently, the service here was consistently excellent. That changed under the new management. I had always worked with Megan for my bookings—she was prompt, professional, and reliable. My latest booking confirmation still listed her contact information, so I emailed her as usual, only to get no response. When I called the hotel, I learned that the property was under new management and Megan was gone. I spoke with two staff members on separate occasions (Heather and Tracy) while trying to reach the new manager, Zach. Both were rude and dismissive, which was very disappointing given the standard of service I had come to expect. Although Zach later tried to compensate me with points, the experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. It saddens me to say this hotel no longer feels like my “home away from home.” After more than a decade of loyalty, this was the first time I felt the quality and service did not match the IHG brand I have trusted since 2009.
