  Always a great experience staying at this location. Lots of hotels in the area but they exceed expectations each time. Darian at check-in is always polite, super professional and accommodating to requests/needs. He reps the company better than anyone and should be acknowledged for his efforts. Great location and service from start to finish.

  I booked this hotel for the pool and then I go down to the pool and its closed. I could have stayed in a different hotel for $100 cheaper if I booked one with out the pool. I complained to the front desk and was able to get a cheaper rate since I wasnt informed about the pool. The room itself is really nice. This is the first time ive had an issue with the pool here every other time ive stayed here I was able to use the pool

  The care of the staff at this Hampton is unmatched. We had a family emergency which required us to stay an extra night. Everyone was extremely kind and caring, especially Tracey who felt like family by the time we left. The rooms were very clean with comfy beds and the location is within 500 feet of a movie theater, arcade and mall.

  Stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family with two young children. Pool was closed due to key card issue. Was informed only manager could fix, but was not available due to holiday. Thermostat was not working properly, lack of control for the heat was either sweating or freezing, but maintenance was on vacation also so no fix. Staff was rude when asked about fixing issues. Was given responses “what do you want us to do about it it’s a holiday weekend, go back to your room” Breakfast seemed like it was not all available, my wife could not get coffee at 9:00 am, was told they were not making anymore? Breakfast is till 10. I guess because it’s a holiday weekend excuse again? They gave us half our money for the stay back after calling corporate. Won’t be staying here again while visiting family, obviously.
