  Room was very dated and very worn. Lots of damage to walls and furniture. The furniture and the accessories such as alarm clock were very basic and low quality. The bathroom had broken spout and limited water flow through shower so there was very low pressure from shower head. There was no coffee maker, etc in the room. On a positive note, the room was clean. I would not stay again.

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Was a pretty pleasant stay. Breakfast was always ready and was pretty mid but it got you through the day (after all its a hotel breakfast lol.) Location is good. If you're into motorcycles, atv's, dirt bikes, etc. there's a power sports place literally right next to it so that was pretty cool. The actual room was clean. However the shower water and sink water has some sort of oil or other slippery substance mixed with it. When you washed your hands or took a shower the minute you touch the water you feel all slimey and oiled up (pause.) The shower also had a yellow stain in it that looked like pee or a light yellow textured poo. Everything was going well in the hallway until one night (we stayed on the third floor) we came out of the elevator and saw a man sleeping right next to our room on the hallway floor. Was very scary for my kids since they are all young and was unexpected. Not sure what he was doing but I think the staff saw him on camera and he left the hotel after 5 minutes. That's the main reason i give 3 stars since you can't just let random people into the hotel (who don't have a room by the way) wander the halls and fall asleep. I'm glad the staff delt with it, but i do encourage them to make sure the people entering the hotel who do not have a room do not go into the hallways full of rooms and families trying to enjoy a nice, safe, vacation. After all, we are in Ohio so you don't know who is skibidi and who is not (elite ball knowlege required.) Pretty good stay and I enjoyed my vacation. 3 stars.

  I stayed for a week here and the staff are amazing!!! All staff are friendly, professional and a very clean place!!! I will always stay here when I visit Springfield!!

  We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is clean, welcoming and convenient. The service was excellent. I was part of a group traveling to the area for a tournament. Allen (and his staff) provided excellent service and accommodated a large group with ease. The hot breakfast was a huge bonus which included delicious fresh ground coffee. The staff at this hotel were available and eager to meet any need we had- they would actually approach us to ask if there was anything we needed. It was refreshing. I highly recommend.
