  I stayed for a week here and the staff are amazing!!! All staff are friendly, professional and a very clean place!!! I will always stay here when I visit Springfield!!

  We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is clean, welcoming and convenient. The service was excellent. I was part of a group traveling to the area for a tournament. Allen (and his staff) provided excellent service and accommodated a large group with ease. The hot breakfast was a huge bonus which included delicious fresh ground coffee. The staff at this hotel were available and eager to meet any need we had- they would actually approach us to ask if there was anything we needed. It was refreshing. I highly recommend.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I have never had a bad stay at this hotel.

  The location is easy to get in and out of and check in was quick but the room was terrible given the price, there was peeling paint/drywall and the tub spout was a good 3/4 of an inch away from the tub. The pool was closed but there was no notice when we made our reservations. The breakfast was really good.

  Outstanding service from the entire staff. Nathan (breakfast guy), Erin, Allen, Brandon, Tim and the others are all first class and down-to-earth. They all make you feel that you matter. Highly recommended.
