The room was absolutely filthy. I had to scrub the tub before I could use it (yes, I carry cleaning supplies with me because this has been an issue with other hotels in the past). Found huge hairballs in the “clean” bed sheets. Corners of room haven’t been dusted or cleaned. Mirror was wiped with no integrity.
The fire alarms went off in middle of the night, also, which woke up both of my kids and completely threw off their sleep.
The hotel staff was nice, but unfortunately doesn’t make up for how much money I felt like was wasted on this experience.

Do not stay here. We had 6 people staying one night in a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. 2 people to each bed. Check-in was supposed to be at 4. We arrived at 4:30 and were told our room was not ready yet, but we are free to come back and check-in no matter how late. No problem. We were at the park so didn’t get to the hotel until 12:30 at night. They gave us our keys and we get to our room and it was not cleaned at all. The sheets were a mess and one bed even had a slim Jim wrapper on it. I wish I was making this up. No problem though. We went and asked for a new room since this was not cleaned. They gave us a new room, but it was only 2 queen beds. We had 6 people this would not work so we asked for a different room either with a pullout couch or another 2 bed room, so everyone had a bed to sleep in. The best they could do was provide us one cot that only fit one person. We were done trying, and one in our group volunteered to sleep on the floor. The next morning they would not issue a refund and could only give us points for a future stay.

We had a horrible experience here on October 3, 2025. We arrived at midnight after driving for over 13 hours. The lady at the front desk, Ashley, couldn't find our reservation even though I had it up on my phone and she admitted it was all correct. I assumed she would do something about it since it was clearly an error in their system, but nope, she wanted me to make another reservation (for a higher price of course).
She gave absolutely zero options or help and just stood there. I was, and still am, so shocked by how she acted, or rather didn't act. Just an insane response to the situation. I was so upset and walked away to the chairs to make calls for other hotels (again, it was midnight). I just wish people could imagine themselves in the situation. I don't think she would have appreciated getting the response she gave to us.
Also, there was a group of guys in the lobby waiting as well and they said they walked in their room and it hadn't been cleaned at all. They were waiting before we got there and when we left 45 minutes later they were still waiting. This place clearly needs a major overhaul on service.
