  Fast & friendly check in. Very clean lobby & room. Abundant breakfast choices. Clean, heated pool. Exercise room. Convenient location. Perfect weekend getaway. Will definitely stay again.

  Nice clean place to stay the night. The beds and furnishings were nice. The coffee in the morning was pretty good too. The value for the price was terrific. Would definitely stay again.

  Overall the room was clean and tidy. These are smaller rooms, and the bathroom was tiny. It's an updated property. There is a small indoor pool. I didn't get to go due to unforeseen circumstances. Breakfast was okay; nothing to brag about. Definitely smaller than other BW sites. Warning: Do not book through 3rd party sites. They don't honor points, and I'm fighting to get a partial refund due to unforeseen circumstances. We stayed 1 of the 2 nights booked. The front desk clerk refused a partial refund (he was smirking, laughing, and rude about our circumstances). He didn't care at all. I wouldn't be surprised if he and his wife run the 3rd party site. She was in the office with their screaming baby. Anyways, contacting corporate and the FTC. We have travel insurance via the 3rd party site, too, still no resolve on either end. Due to the front desk clerk's attitude, I definitely don't recommend this property.

  My wife and I always stay here whenever we travel to and from,0 NJ to Cincinatti. It is close to the MALL, which offers plenty of choices for food and shopping. We have always found this hotel to be comfortable, convenient and affordable. The downside is that it very close to the W/B I-470/70 junction and the road noise can be rather loud at times, but since I use a sound-machine when sleeping, it presents no issue for me. The rooms are nice and clean. Everything worked well. For me, the beds could be a little harder. A sore back is not what you want when you have to drive 300+ miles the next morning. We noticed that the free breakfasts have gone down-hill a little. The selections are fewer than previously. (Just 2 hot selections: bacon and eggs.) The "Candian Bacon" was overly smoked and very thin, but the scrambled eggs were fine.) The first-floor snack and soda machines were either gone or inoperable. But the main desk has items for sale. I also noticed that there is now a "TIPS" jar next to the coffee machine. I have a feeling that this hotel has changed hands, much like the Best Western in Monroe, Ohio which I believe has now changed its name? We will stay there again next trip to see if we need to find another hotel.
