I do that for a reason because I want to check in with another card! She literally started talking over me saying that I should not do that 🤬 The beds are horrible even with my own pillows and the breakfast was so greasy and the temperature in the room was cold and couldn’t be changed! Won’t be back

Thermostat on the wall does nothing, so our room got up to 80° in the middle of the night. Elevator is disgusting and a little scary , the stairs are even nastier. Toilet seat was so loose that it almost came off Our door to our room was all beat up. We told the staff ( which very friendly) about the Elevator and stairs... they didn't care, nothing was done. The bathroom ceiling had patches Everything is just beat up . That all being said, the room itself seemed pretty clean, no weird smells, the beds are very comfy and the staff was very friendly. Would i stay again? In a pinch, yes, but it's way overpriced for the level of hotel you're getting. ( pretty sure the motel 6 in the same parking lot shares the same owner , that might be the issue, as it's rough ) Overall, it's dingy and needs some TLC.

They had bottles of water at the front desk which was nice. The staff seems to really take pride in their jobs. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had at a hotel chain! Many options (pancakes, mini omlettes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, yogurt with toppings, baked goods, and good coffee!) The older woman working at the breakfast buffet was lovely and hard working.
