Upon checkout, we were asked how our stay was, and I shared that I had posted a review, and that it was not good. We were given a major adjustment on our room rate, to compensate for the elevator that was out of service and the room keys that would not work. I believe this is a truly caring staff, with a goal to please all their guests. Sandy was very apologetic and encouraged us to come back in the future. Thank you, Sandy, for all you did!!!!!

Incredible hotel right off 1-80. Breakfast at 6am was phenomenal. Clean and comfy rooms. Truly exceeded every expectation and I will absolutely be stopping here for my next long drive.

The customer service was wonderful! Robert single-handedly helped us with everything we needed! While their elevators aren’t functioning, they made up for it with free ice cream, muffins, and free hot chocolate and coffee, available at all hours. Their breakfast had everything you could hope for besides maybe waffles. I chose the sausage biscuits and gravy and it was wonderful ♥️ the shower was roomy and had a nice ledge for soaps. The pool was a bit cold but they have a hot tub so we stayed in that. The fridge in the room was decent and the freezer compartment really did keep our ice cream frozen. It's also nice that the rooms on the fourth floor appear to be discounted because of the elevators being broke. Also because we were IHG rewards members we were able to get a really late checkout (1pm).
