The room was so filthy and the staff were so rude to us (very long story) So when we got to this hotel, I had been crying and so upset with how the evening had progressed. The front desk staff was so gracious to us. They couldn’t believe what we went through with this other hotel. They moved things around to get us a room. The room was so nice, spacious, and very clean! They already had turned a very bad situation into such a positive experience. The next day we found a card that had been placed under our door. It was a Happy Anniversary card from the staff of the hotel 😭😭😭😭 This meant so much to us! They went above and beyond. We will always stay here for any future trips!
