She was very courteous, knowledgeable and had a great personality! She explained all the amenities and directed us to our room with special instructions to let us know we can drive right up to our door! We loved that option!!! She deserves a raise for her kindness and diligence to her job!! Also the housekeeping was Amazing. In the last 14 years, I've travelled out West, and up and down the East Coast and our room was the most immaculate ever! We didn't find one strand of hair, one piece of lint that was out of place! I was compelled to leave a generous tip with a note, telling them as much! Also I am so glad that President Donald J Trump passed the no taxes on tips, because it is for the hard working people, such as your housekeeping staff that deserve it! I felt my tip went a long way!!!! I would definately reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area based on our experience!!
- NWNicole WardOct 14, 20253.01st room given didn't lock and the toilet flapper was broken. Noticed the next morning. They moved us and gave a small credit for the inconvenience. Breakfast was ok. My bulldog enjoyed the sausage links. The beds in both rooms were hard on my back. I woke up extremely stiff in my lower back both nights. Second day was worse. Great location to the water. It was nice not having to pay a fee for our dog. Both rooms were overall pretty clean. First room they put us in smelled like mildew. Bulldog was the happiest out of the group. Don't think we will stay again due to the uncomfortable beds.
