    Bad experience, booked here with our hockey team, check in was 3 pm, everyone arrived between 2 and 3, first family finally got their room at 5 pm, last family didn't get into their room until 7 pm, because they only had one cleaning lady, which you can't predict how that plays out, but as a chain hotel that was unacceptable. We are not even going to get into the elevator situation

    Nice room. One of the better for a Hampton inn. It’s a shame they advertise a heated pool and then barely heat it. So cold kids don’t want to swim in it. Close the pool or heat it. We are looking for a heated pool to rent a room like 4 times a month so the kids can swim and this isn’t it. Such a shame. The entry to the hotel is a little odd but other than the pool, it was nice. Breakfast is ok. Hampton good. lol.

    Rooms were ok, best part was the shower. Its was spacious, clean and had a newer design. Breakfast in the morning was lacking. Location is good with lots of things to do in the area.

    The morning shift lady Tina she is just rude every time I stay if I ask for late check out considering I am.a Hilton member she always tells me no mean grouchy lady that hates her job thats for sure

    The last time I stayed at this Hampton Inn was two years ago. Since then, they have completely renovated the property. The rooms and decore are modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is right off the freeway and surrounded by many dining and shopping options.
