  It was a great stay for a quick overnight. The place was spotless, the room was spacious, the service was friendly. Matt checked us in and gave us personalized care with attention to detail. Plus at breakfast the chef was able to whip us up a fresh batch of French toast after they ran out on the buffet line. The area is safe with plenty of food chains near by. We’ll be back on our next road trip.

  I hosted my son’s reception at Holiday Inn & Suites. While the venue itself was decent, the service was extremely poor and the staff’s attitude was even worse. Whenever we raised a question or concern, their response was, “You can cancel if you want,” despite knowing that the full payment had already been made and was non-refundable. This experience was very disappointing.

  Won't be staying at this location again. I wish i could make this up but as we're waiting inside for our car to unfreeze from the snow&ice, this man who looked like a manager but definitely worked there- walks up to my boyfriend and i & proceeds to ask us if we're homeless? Said there was a homeless couple the other day and assumed it was us because of my ripped jeans...then insulted my under eye patches? Proceeded to grill us asking if we really had a home...sounded like he had a Scottish accent or something but what a prick..First social interaction of 2026 all cause we were waiting in the lobby and i decided to wear some ripped jeans. Lmao never written a review but that guy fully shot our chances of coming back to this location cause that was very inappropriate and rude to address people like that after they just paid a good amount at your hotel. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful. But i hope they get rid of him so another couple trying to enjoy time away doesn't get harassed and insulted on their way out.

  I just want to say what a pleasure it was staying here this week! This hotel was the destination for my sister’s memorial/celebration of life a year ago. The room was wonderful and the food great! More than that, though, is the kindness and support Peter showed my mom and all the staff provided throughout the event. A year later, I am staying here with my son for Christmas/NY week. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, especially the beds! They are cleaned immaculately and the staff welcomed us by NAME! Jeremy checked us in and his attention to detail and positive attitude was great! We were given water bottles upon checking in (few places do that any more). I stayed at the Ritz in the 1990’s and that was the only other hotel that remembered my name. Very impressive! Rashaana helped me solve a little problem I was having (unrelated to the hotel) during my stay and treated me like I was an old friend! The attached restaurant is REALLY GOOD! For a bar and grill, the food was shockingly good! The breakfast buffet is generous and wonderful too and very reasonably priced! It is also such a nice touch to have snacks and toiletries for sale 24/7 in the lobby — even microwaveable food! I love that there is a laundry room that is clea and modern. Jeremy even offered me detergent after I got quarters from him. Wow wow wow! The workout room is well equipped, everything worked perfectly and it was super clean. Offering towels and a filtered water dispenser is really an “above and beyond” feature. And there is an indoor heated pool! I really can’t believe this is a Holiday Inn. It ranks up there with some nice, very expensive Hiltons I have stayed at in big cities in California!!!

  Very friendly staff, Patti, Jamal, Stacia, Jill and the entire kitchen staff. Very accommodating!
